TERMS

The InterMex travel packages are serviced by Get-Aways Travel Net, 100 Francia, Col. Versalles, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

1. Participants are notified via e-mail. In case of undeliverable e-mail, the Bonus will be held for 7 days, before placing the vacation back into the sweepstake.
2. Participants may travel anytime within the 12 months of their date of notification. All travel must be completed by that date. NOTE: Bonuses do not include an amount equal to hotel tax.
3. All reservations are subject to the available space for the dates requested, at the time a reservation request is made.
4. Travel dates may be changed, up to thirty days prior to travel.
5. Bonus Validation, participants must claim their Bonus upon notification. If the Bonus is not claimed within seven (7) days, the Bonus reserved for someone else.
6. The Bonus includes Complimentary Accommodations.
Note: With the Bonus You may purchase the All-Inclusive portion of your stay, however, the purchase is not mandatory.
8. All Bonus benefits must be claimed and reserved through the INTER-MEX and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bonus is not usable in conjunction with any other resort or hotel discounts or promotions. However, it may be used as an extention. The Bonus is not transferable.
9. At The Resort This promotional vacation does not include incidental expenses, which are the responsibility of the user. A major credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, must be presented at checkin to guarantee these expenses such as gratuities, long distant phone charges, room service etc. which are due and payable at check out. An amount equal to hotel tax is due when claiming your Bonus.
10. Participants agree to allow INTER-MEX and its' Associate Resorts to use their names and likeness, free of charge for promotional purposes, at the option of the Resorts, INTER-MEX and it's Associates and/or promotion sponsors.
11. This promotion shall continue until such time as the Resorts and/or the promotion sponsor, at their sole discretion, determines to change or discontinue and/or modify the promotion. Promotion participants may only claim one Bonus per year per family. All Resort employees and/or promoters are not eligible to participate.
