When you return, the first thing we would like you to do is;
Send us an email telling us how you liked the resort, the fun things you did, the Best tours and Your recommendations for other winners.
And by all means, any super pictures you have taken, send us a copy (we'll see if the webmaster will put it on the Internet). We want all our Winners to share their good times with others and help us improve our promotions. The INTER-MEX sweepstakes restarts every six months, and is ongoing.
- 1. Winners are notified via e-mail. In case of undeliverable e-mail, the prize will be held for 7 days, before placing the vacation back into the sweepstake.
- 2. Winners may travel anytime within the 12 months of their date of notification. All travel must be completed by that date. NOTE: Prizes do not include an amount equal to hotel tax.
- 3. All reservations are subject to the available space for the dates requested, at the time a reservation request is made.
- 4. Travel dates may be changed, up to thirty days prior to travel.
- 5. Prize Validation, winners must claim their prize upon notification. If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days, the prize will be placed back into the drawing. Only one prize; per family, per destination, per year, may be claimed
- 6. Grand Prize includes Complimentary Airline Tickets Complimentary Accommodations and Food (including snacks), Beverages (including Alcoholic), Shows, Scheduled Activities, and Non-motorized Water Sports.

2nd Prize includes Complimentary Accommodations.

3rd Prize is a 50% discount Coupon against, Accommodations and Food (including snacks), Beverages (including Alcoholic), Shows, Scheduled Activities, and Non-motorized Water Sports.
- 8. All prize benefits must be claimed and reserved through the INTER-MEX and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are not usable in conjunction with any other resort or hotel discounts or promotions. Prizes are transferable, there is a $25.00 transfer fee.
- 9. This promotional vacation does not include incidental expenses, gratuities, or an amount equal to hotel tax. The aforementioned expenses are the responsibility of the user. Incidental expenses, gratuities, etc. are due and payable at check out. An amount equal to hotel tax is due upon reservation confirmation.
- 10. Winners agree to allow INTER-MEX and its' Associate Resorts to use their names and likeness, free of charge for promotional purposes, at the option of the Resorts, INTER-MEX and it's Associates and/or promotion sponsors.
- 11. This sweepstake shall continue until such time as the Resorts and/or the promotion sponsor, at their sole discretion, determines to change or discontinue and/or modify the Sweepstakes.
- 12. All Resort employees and/or sweepstake promoters are not eligible to win.
